Be Prepared for the Unexpected
I'd like to know the difference between HomeCare® and HomeCare Flexi™?
With our standard HomeCare® range, there's no fixed fee for every completed repair, but the monthly charge is slightly higher than with HomeCare Flexi™.
Our HomeCare Flexi™ product means that, while you benefit from a lower monthly payment, there is a fixed fee of £50 to pay for each completed repair.
How can I pay for HomeCare®?
You can pay for HomeCare® in a variety of ways including debit card, credit card or by monthly Direct Debit. By choosing to pay by monthly Direct Debit, you may qualify for a reduction in your monthly charge.
I'd like to know if there is an age limit on my boiler for HomeCare®
So long as all of the essential working parts are available, there's no age limit on boilers when applying for HomeCare®.
If your agreement includes a First Service, our engineers will make sure that your boiler is working safely and efficiently during the service, and confirm that approved parts are available for any repairs.
Why do I have to pay £50 for each repair when I pay a monthly fee for HomeCare®?
If you find yourself paying a £50 repair fee, it means you've chosen our HomeCare Flexi™ product. While you benefit from a lower monthly payment, under the terms of this plan, there's a £50 fixed fee to pay for each completed repair.
