Could you explain the parts policy for breakdown and maintenance services?
With a stock of 25,000 parts British Gas usually has the right part on hand. If British Gas does not carry the part, your HomeCare engineer will
- Locate and acquire new parts, usually by the next working day. Or,
- Obtain parts which have been reconditioned by the original manufacturer. Or,
- Use an approved alternative
