What is the best way to pay?
British Gas Business customers are able to take advantage of Direct Debit payments that help you to manage your accounts efficiently and avoid the risk of late payments. British Gas business will also happily accept payment by BACs.
I use Direct Debit, can I still pay the exact amount on each bill?
Contact your account manager and ask them to set up Variable Direct Debit payments. This will allow you to pay the exact amount on each bill.
What are British Gas Business bank Account details?
These details vary depending on your contract type. To ensure that you are provided with the accurate British Gas Business bank Account details, contact your account manager.
Where should I send my payment cheque?
You can find the address for your payment on your bill. If you cannot find this address, or if you have any other questions, contact your account manager.
My account is in credit, can I have a refund?
After first confirming your meter reading, British Gas Business will happily issue a refund for any outstanding credit on your account. If you are paying by direct debit, your account manager may also assess your payment amount to determine if it has been set too high.
What if I can’t pay?
If you are having difficulty making a payment, contact your account manager right away, they can help you work out a solution.
My bill does not show previous payments that I have made, what should I do?
Contact your account manager and they will be able to investigate the situation for you, making any necessary changes to your records.
