From £10.50 a month for the first year
With HomeCare Flexi 100™ you receive expert maintenance and repairs for your boiler from British Gas. Our expert and professional engineers will help you look after your boiler and controls.
British Gas’ HomeCare Flexi 100™ key features:
- Boiler and controls repairs
- Unlimited call outs per contract year
- Parts and labour included*
- Annual Service of your boiler
- Manned customer breakdown line 24/7
- Over 7,000 highly qualified and Gas Safe registered (formerly CORGI registered) engineers
*If you select the £50 excess, you will need to pay the first £50 per completed repair.
Key Exclusions:
- Cosmetic Damage or damage caused by third party
- Design or pre-existing faults
- System Improvements
- Radiators

drains, are in expert hands. Receive the care of certified and highly qualified British Gas engineers –
without worrying expensive repairs British Gas HomeCare Flexi 300™ key features:
- Repairs for central heating repairs - boiler, controls, radiators, pipework and hot water system
- Repairs to your internal hot and cold water supply pipes, internal waste pipes, non-shared external drains1
- Unlimited call outs per contract year
- Parts and labour included*
- Annual Service of your boiler and central heating system
- Manned customer breakdown line 24/7
- Over 7,000 highly qualified and Gas Safe registered (formerly CORGI registered) engineers
- Over 1,000 highly trained plumbing & drains engineers

British Gas’s highest level of cover, Homecare 400 tm provides maintenance and repair for your central heating system, plumbing, drains and electrics.
HomeCare 400™ key features:
- Repairs for central heating repairs - boiler, controls, radiators, pipework and hot water system
- Repairs to your internal hot and cold water supply pipes, internal waste pipes, non-shared external drains1
- Repairs to existing electrical wiring and fixtures
- Unlimited call outs per contract year
- Parts and labour included*
- Annual Service of your boiler and central heating system
- Manned customer breakdown line 24/7
- Over 7,000 highly qualified, Gas Safe registered (formerly CORGI registered) engineers
- Over 1,000 highly trained plumbing & drains engineers
- Over 500 highly skilled electrical engineers

- Sludge and Scale
