I'd like to know the difference between HomeCare® and HomeCare Flexi™?
The only difference between our standard Homecare ® and Homecare Flexi is that with Homecare Flexi , you have pay an excess of £50 for each completed repair and so have a lower monthly premium than standard Homecare®.

How can I pay for HomeCare®?
You can pay for HomeCare® in a variety of ways including debit card, credit card or by monthly Direct Debit.

I'd like to know if there is an age limit on my boiler for HomeCare®
So long as all of the essential working parts are available to British Gas, there's no age limit on boilers when applying for HomeCare®. If your agreement includes a First Service, our engineers will make sure that your boiler is working safely and efficiently during the service, and confirm that approved parts are available for any repairs.

Why do I have to pay £50 for each repair when I pay a monthly fee for HomeCare®?
If you find yourself paying a £50 excess, it means you've chosen our HomeCare Flexi™ product. While you benefit from a lower monthly payment, under the terms of this plan, there's a £50 excess to pay for each completed repair. You're more than welcome to review all the HomeCare agreements that are available to our customers to find one that's more suited to your needs.
