1. Find the level of HomeCareŽ that best fits your life and apply using the convenient online application form. For Boiler and Controls insurance you will need the make and model of your boiler to fill in.
2. Choose from two easy payment options.
3. Once your application form is completed, British Gas will send you an information package which will include your HomeCareŽ agreement and a special customer helpline number which you can call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
4. British Gas will confirm your selected level of HomeCareŽ and contract.
5. If you’ve chosen an Annual service, British Gas will write to you in advance to confirm the appointment date.
