“Online Account Management” or “Paperless Billing” is a convenient way to view and manage your British Gas account. Instead of receiving a paper invoice once a month, you will have access to updated information any time you need it. Simply sign in on the British Gas website and all of your account details, including payment information, will be right before your eyes.
Here is what you will have access to with Online Account Management:
- Detailed Account Summary: Your detailed account summary page provides an overview of your British Gas account for quick reference. This page keeps all of your account information in one safe place that you can access any time of the day or night.
- Your Online Bill: For ease of use, your online bill is in the same format as a paper one. This ensures that you are able to locate all of the important information in its recognizable and familiar format. However, unlike a paper bill, your online bill from British Gas provides useful links for changing account information and learning more about ways to save money.
- Online Meter Reads: with online account management, you can submit your meter reads at your own convenience without having to make a phone call or provide your account number. This system helps keep your bills accurate since it allows you to submit regular readings.
- Paying Online: British Gas places a priority on privacy and security, ensuring that online bill payment is both convenient and safe.
