- Repairs to taps, washers and showers
- Repairs to stopcock and water supply pipe to property
- Repairing pre-existing faults (faults before Plumbing and Drains Cover™ began)
- Repairs required as a result of damage caused by a third party
- System improvements
- Replacing ceramic discs in taps unless we can replace from the limited van stock range our engineers carry
